Elliot A.B. Sneider



Elliot A.B. Sneider, composer, studied composition at New England Conservatory of Music and New York University. He has had his modern classical compositions performed at New York's Lincoln Center and Boston's Jordan Hall, and his music was featured on The Brini Maxwell Show on the Style Network in 2005 as well as in a number of short films. Elliot's experience as musical director and conductor includes the shows A Chorus Line, My Fair Lady, and The Full Monty for The Talent Company and A Little Night Music for the Paper Moon Players. The Full Monty won "Best Music Direction" and "Musical of the Year" at the Syracuse Area Live Theater Awards in 2006. In addition, he has also released two albums of his own work (Dusty Covers and I'd Hug You But We've Got Umbrellas) and regularly performs with the bands Sunroom and Asiko. The Butcher of Plainfield is his first time writing an original musical. He lives in Brooklyn.
